Check Windows workstations
Review Windows version, performance, network access and workstation availability during reception hours. A computer shared with a critical task may not be suitable.
Check the television
Review video inputs, resolution, position and visibility from seats. A mini PC may be required to receive the local display.
Validate printer and network
A thermal printer must suit the Windows environment and ticket format. Cabling, switch or wireless coverage should be tested with the complete setup.
