Tebeasy is supplied with a permanent software licence. Core operation does not depend on a mandatory monthly payment.
A licence for the agreed installation
The quotation defines the configuration, workstations and included modules. Once acquired, the installed version continues to operate over the organisation’s local network.
The licence does not make future hardware, development or additional interventions unlimited included services.
Optional updates and additional changes
Updates adding new functions are optional when they are not needed for the acquired version to operate. Later changes are reviewed for feasibility and, if accepted, quoted separately.
Payment aligned with the project
Pricing is personalised according to hardware, workstations, installation and adaptations. Payment can be arranged in two instalments when stated in the accepted quotation.
